SMART FUTURES

Smart Futures is the trend that explores the combination of science, nature and technology, which will see women's clothing embrace a futuristic aesthetic also based on a sense of practicality and reality.

The focus here is on innovative designs and new materials for the future. If in clothing we see the rise of a user-friendly tailoring, a utility wear aimed at women, basic pieces with clinical cuts and a mix between East and West as a modern commentary on global fashion, for the accessory the goal is focus on technical, digitalised and high visual impact materials.

Create digitized structures and rippled and ruled surfaces through laser-cut leather (on iridescent and metallic plates), in relief and printed. Explore the new synthetic materials with application of semi-gloss films, sparkling metal meshes, accessories with fluid and organic shapes to exemplify a digital / urban mix. The modeling is minimal but conveys the characteristics of urban metropolis through industrial hardware and futuristic synthesis. Veiled and screened materials are introduced into the design and add contrast when combined with graphic shapes. Real flowers, wrapped in plastic, layered and rippled or embedded in resin, camouflage fabrics that use bio-based dyes serve to emphasize attention to sustainable solutions. Introducing iridescent pearly and light, glossy and opaque materials, characterizing the models with retinas, acrylics, glass, resin, mirror skins and biodegradable sequins to create optical effects and transmit a soft futuristic quality. The performing models will be able to make use of the brighter shades on acetate, glass and transparent resin combined with functional technical hardware (ropes, toggles, hooks and sports harnesses).

Inspired by advances in science and technology, the Code Create palette features colors ranging from clinical and digitally artificial to natural. Bright shades like Mediterranian Blue and Beetroot Purple work like vivid accents compared to more familiar shades like Rosewood and Fig, while Seafoam Green, Rosewater and Vanilla Ice embrace the cold digital aesthetic.
